The growth stage nobody warns you about
Too Big for the IT Guy, Too Small for an IT Team
Somewhere between seat 10 and seat 200, informal IT stops working. Here's how it usually shows up.
Every new hire waits days for a working laptop
Someone in ops orders the machine, someone in HR chases the email account, and the licence gets sorted whenever. Day-one readiness should be a checklist, not a scramble.
The freelance IT guy replies when he's free
He's good — but he's one person with fifteen other clients, no ticket queue, and no backup. Your Wi-Fi outage competes with whoever called him first that morning.
Six vendors, zero coordination
The ISP blames the firewall vendor, the firewall vendor blames the cabling, and your office manager plays referee. You're paying for IT and doing the project management yourself.
Security is whatever came pre-installed
Laptops leave the office daily, ex-employees keep working logins, and the last backup restore test was never. At 10–200 seats you're big enough to be a target and small enough to be unprepared.
One SLA covers
From the Router to the Cloud, One Team Owns It
Helpdesk your team actually uses
One ticket portal, one WhatsApp line, one phone number. Response times committed per severity — 15 minutes for outages, same business day for requests — and reported monthly.
Endpoints, patched and provisioned
Every laptop and desktop enrolled in management: OS and application patching, endpoint protection, disk encryption, and a new-joiner setup that's ready before the employee's first coffee.
Networks, printers, and everything between
Wi-Fi that covers the whole floor, firewalls that are actually configured, and yes — printers, biometric devices, and CCTV NVRs. If it plugs into your office network, it's in scope.
Servers and cloud under the same roof
On-premise servers, AWS, Azure, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — administered, backed up with tested restores, and cost-reviewed so you stop paying for idle resources.
A security baseline, enforced
MFA everywhere, access revoked the day someone exits, email filtering, and quarterly access reviews. Not a security project — security as a standing habit, built into the retainer.
Onsite anywhere in Gurugram
Engineers reach Cybercity, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, and Manesar for hardware work, office moves, and scheduled visits. Remote-first, but never remote-only.
The day-two test
Anyone Can Launch Infrastructure. We're Judged on Year Two.
When we moved FinEdge Capital — an NBFC with 80,000+ borrowers — onto AWS, the migration was the easy part. The harder promise was everything after: patch cycles that never miss, DR drills run on schedule, quarterly cost reviews that keep spend 34% below the old data centre, and RBI and ISO 27001 audits passed clean, year after year. That steady-state operation is exactly what a managed IT retainer buys — whether your estate is a regulated cloud platform or forty laptops in Udyog Vihar.

Office walkthrough
We visit your Gurugram office, inventory every device, account, and vendor contract, and hand you a plain-language report on what's solid and what's a liability.
- 02
One SLA, one number
You get a single agreement covering helpdesk, devices, network, cloud, and security — with response times per severity and a per-user monthly price you can budget around.
- 03
30-day stabilisation
We enroll endpoints, deploy monitoring, fix the backlog of known issues, and take over your vendor relationships — ISP, licensing, hardware — so escalations route through us.

Quarterly business reviews
Every quarter: ticket trends, SLA performance, security posture, and a costed plan for what your IT needs next as headcount grows. IT stops being invisible until it breaks.
FAQ
Managed IT in Gurugram — Your Questions
Severity-1 issues — office-wide internet, server, or email outages — get a response within 15 minutes, any hour, any day. Individual-user problems are picked up within the business hour and routine requests within the same business day. These times are written into your SLA, and your monthly report shows how we actually performed against each one.
The retainer covers unlimited helpdesk tickets, endpoint management and patching, network and server administration, backup monitoring with restore tests, security baseline enforcement, vendor coordination, and scheduled onsite visits. Billed separately: hardware purchases, software licences (procured at cost, no markup), and one-off projects like an office relocation or a new server build — always quoted in writing before we start.
Both. Around 90% of tickets resolve faster remotely, so that's our default. But we're based in DLF Cybercity, and engineers travel to offices across Gurugram — Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Manesar — for hardware failures, network work, and scheduled maintenance visits. Onsite frequency is agreed in your SLA, not left to goodwill.
We run a parallel transition: during your notice period with the incumbent, we inventory your environment, collect and reset credentials, enroll devices, and document everything into a runbook you own. Your team notices a new helpdesk contact — and nothing else. Most transitions complete in two to three weeks with zero downtime, and we handle the awkward handover conversations with the outgoing vendor.
A working security baseline is part of every retainer: endpoint protection, patching, MFA enforcement, email filtering, joiner-mover-leaver access control, and quarterly access reviews. Deeper work — penetration testing, ISO 27001 readiness, a full security operations centre — is available as an add-on through our cybersecurity practice when you need it, on the same account with the same team.
Per user, per month, with servers and network infrastructure priced as fixed line items. Per-user pricing scales cleanly as you hire, covers each person's laptop and accounts, and keeps the invoice predictable — a 40-person office sees one number, not a device-by-device reconciliation. After the free assessment you get an exact quote; no setup fees, and the contract scales up or down with headcount.
One assessment. One SLA. Zero IT chaos.
We'll walk your Gurugram office, map every device and vendor, and quote a single monthly number — free, and yours to keep either way.
